Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Savia subscriptions are billed monthly by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first subscription charge, email billing@tutivsoft.com with your Paddle order ID and we will refund that initial charge in full. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
3. After the 14-day window
Beyond the 14-day window, charges for elapsed billing periods are non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or extended service unavailability.
4. Scope of this policy
This refund policy covers Savia software subscription charges only. Savia is a SaaS workspace and does not process payments to any third party on your behalf.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@tutivsoft.com from the email address on the subscription, including your Paddle order ID and a short reason. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
