Acceptable Use Policy

What Savia Marketing is

Savia Marketing is a subscription SaaS that provides a directory, deal-tracking, and chat tools so that Buyers (businesses) and Sellers (creators) can find each other and coordinate paid promotional engagements. Savia Marketing is not a payment processor and does not hold, process, escrow, or transfer money exchanged between Buyers and Sellers. Those payments happen directly between the two parties off-platform.

Prohibited use

You may not use Savia Marketing to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Promote illegal, fraudulent, sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful goods or services.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications.
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity, audience metrics, follower counts, or deliverables.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to launder money or evade taxes.
• Circumvent the credit, listing-cap, or any other technical control.

Off-platform conduct between users

Disputes about deliverables, refunds, or payments between Buyers and Sellers are between those two parties. Savia Marketing does not mediate. Accountability is enforced through public reviews on Seller profiles.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
